5th Day of OJT

I also experienced how to operate a Xerox copier at first i don’t know how to use it but hen one of the employees taught me how to operate it, I learn a lot of things in my OJT, some of it I adopt and apply to myself and some of it helps develop my skills and enhance my knowledge. I was so thankful that I have my OJT in this office. I learn to be more patient in every task that given to me, to be nice and humble in every person I interact and most of all to LOVE MY WORK

4th Day of OJT

There are times that I’m having a hard time on expressing myself , my thought with others because I don’t exactly know how am I going to say it in a way that the listener could easily understand it and get my point. Ever since I started my on-the-job training, more commonly called “internship,” I have learned values that will help me build a brighter future. Every day is a challenge for me to stand out. But I always have a winning attitude through the guidance of the Lord, and always tell myself, “I’m gonna win this.” I learned a lot of things during my OJT. I was not only exposed to actual office environment but I also realized what I really want even before the time I graduated. What career I would want to have, etc. There are Important things I’ve learned. First is you need to please everyone And try as much as you can to be polite and nice to everyone, and do it with sincerity (yung hindi plastic). Because when we are kind to people, same kindeness returns to us. And smile always

3rd Day of OJT

As a trainee you will never avoid those who are strict and what they popularly called kill joys. Sometimes you may handle them but sometimes you’ll just want to avoid them. I learned to be punctual, to be respectful especially to those on the higher position, to socialize and build a harmonious relationship with other employees, to persevere and be patient, to be cautious in all the works that I do, to be humble and always eager to learn, and many more. I was able to learned how to accept small or big mistakes. In this practicum, I’ve learned how to faced the real world and talked to different people. In my first day as a practicumer, I thought I was not able to do well but as time past by I know I gained more self-confidence and self-esteem. I learned also how important the time management is in this practicum. I know sometimes I will fail and get criticized. But I take it as a challenge, to improve more, and to move forward instead of pushing myself backwards.

2nd Day of OJT

My experience of my 2nd day of my OJT is same just like my 1st day, encode and continue our Barangay website with my partner. After 4hrs we take a break, we go to Walter Mart to buy some foods, after we finish our lunch we go to Barangay again then our Barangay Secretary asking for a help to us to make Barangay Clearance, she called me and i used typewritter. After this we are waiting for something to do.We ask Barangay secretary about na information of the officers for our website then she gave us some info. and we continue our Barangay website again. We checked out at the time of 5:00pm to go home

My First OJT

Im so very excited for my first on the job training(OJT) because i want to know how hard or easy to work, so i checked at the time of 8:00 in the morning! and im not late then they command me to encode and make some barangay clearance, i said to my self that this is too easy,i do it faster, after 5hrs i took that im wrong because im very tired because i did this repeatedly then the Barangay secretary said that we make a website for their Barangay, so we started that, we search history about barangay, officers info and many more. Making a website is not easy for me but its fine because you will enhance your skills and knowledge about programming.
